Cash Pay
Our patients who have insurance exclusions or no insurances for bariatric services, we have a "cash pay" option. Scott, our Administrator will be happy to assist you with discussing this option for the surgeon's fees. Scott will also refer you to Miami Valley Hospital's Insurance Specialist to discuss the hospital charges.
Cash payments are payable in full prior to surgery.
Currently we do not offer any financing options for the Bariatric program.
